How to show the first 10 items from the cache in the Paging Library while the data is being loaded from the Internet?

I am new to Paging library. I always store the first 10 elements of the list in the cache. I use Preferences as a cache and use Gson to save data there. The first time the list is shown while the data is being loaded from the internet, I want to show the data from the cache. How can i do this?
