How to show a native keyboard when a physical one is connected (SOFTWARE!!!!)?

I'm struggling with one problem. When you connect a scanner or a physical keyboard (which is actually the same thing), naturally the native keyboard is blocked. Has anyone solved this problem? Naturally googled. For example, here (and not only)
stackoverflow.com/questions/10561760/how-to-enable... they advise you to manually get into the device settings and set the checkbox
stackoverflow.com/questions/8143805/how-to-disable... here show this alert programmatically.
But how can I programmatically set this setting? Well, the subject itself, how to make both keyboards work ??
PS
There was also something about overriding onEvaluateInputViewShown and creating a service, but judging by the comments, this approach does not work well.
There is an implementation of my own keyboard (numeric), but in my case I can’t do without an alphabetic keyboard, and I consider it irrational to write my own implementation of an alphabetic keyboard.
Yes, in Google docs they write that this is all a security policy and what I want cannot be implemented, but there is at least one application in which both keyboards work adequately without any alerts and getting into the settings. I would be grateful for any answers!
