How to show local and domain accounts on login screen?

We have Windows 8.1 entered into the domain and from which the domain account is logged in. In addition, there is a local account.
Is it possible to make sure that both accounts are always shown on the login screen and do not have to enter the domain or hostname + name every time you switch, in addition to the password?

Can't be shown. EMNIP by default, when logging into a domain account, you do not need to write the domain, instead of %hostname% you can write .\
