How to share internet on windows 8?

Good afternoon.
There is a computer with two network and Internet connection.

The network Enternet 2 includes a cable from the provider. Through the connection I connect to the Internet. The Ethernet cable goes into the laptop.
Settings I :

Enternet settings :

The laptop is running Ubuntu. The connection is manually set to ip 192.168.137.100 from the address 192.168.137.101.
Tried different addresses, no difference.
Please tell me how to set up access to the Internet from a laptop. Everything used to work, but after reinstalling windows, the settings went off.

Is 192.168.137.100 the default gateway on Ubuntu? Does it even just ping with Ubuntu?
