How to share a single hard drive on a local network?

Friends, do not kick in the face if it was, but I need to be directed to the true path or poked my face into the solution.
Task: there is a separate 300 GB hard drive in the PC, there is a local network through a wi-fi router (the computer is connected by cable to the router). I want that while the PC is running, I can connect to my IP disk issued (inside the local area) in order to download files from another PC or, for example, a phone.
Please tell me the solution!

You cannot put a drive on the network. There must be a file system on the disk that the operating system can read, and some service must share this data on the network.
What services exist so that files can be accessed over the network:
http (for example, apache with a built-in directory listing module)
ftp (one of the most popular)
Windows network sharing, available for everyone where there is a windows client (in Linux it is samba)
NFS ( in linux it is almost regular, you can install an nfs client under windows)
in Linux you can still use ssh for scp
Actually, you need to install one of these services on the computer to which you connect the disk. Also, ftp or samba may be present on some routers, to which you can connect a USB flash drive or disk, then a computer is not needed.
