How to share a folder in Windows server with access without entering login:password??

Good afternoon. There is a PC with WINDOWS SERVER 2012 R2, license.
In a large organization WITHOUT A DOMAIN, you need to configure network access for the program on it so that it adds files there.
The program does not add files because when you try to go to the address \\xx.xx.xx.xx, a warning is issued about entering login-password data.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to raise the domain, but write access to the folder for the program must be given now.
I searched in Local Group Policies, but could not find what I needed. For a 2003 server, I did this a long time ago.
Please help me to give access to the IP address without a password, ideally - to a specific folder only.
PS PCs are different, there are a lot of them and all in the same workgroups, the zoo is full, because the tips to run around with the net use batch file are not relevant.

@jesterOK

1.Get a user on the server with write access to the specified folder.
2. Next, from the computer on which the program is running, in the credential manager, enter an account from item 1 for the server.
Enjoy.
