How to setup VPN L2TP + IPSec on FreeBSD?

Went through a bunch of articles.
90% are extremely old, the world has changed a long time ago.
What is more or less fresh usually refers to setting up PPTP or setting up L2TP with IPSec disabled in Windows.
I think a lot of people have faced this issue. (by setting up this link).
