How to install ssl certificates on freebsd?

There is a freebsd server (apache + nginx). There is a desire to start translating sites hosted on it to the https protocol. There is a lot of different information on the net, so I'm asking here.
What needs to be done step by step to transfer a site on such a server to https from Let's Encrypt? How to automate everything as much as possible so that every 3 months you do not manually renew any certificates?

As far as I know, the Let's Encryp website has step-by-step instructions for screwing their certificates to Apache and automatically changing them. There are also scripts, etc.

Step by step - you had to administer Windows :) And FreeBSD and step by step instructions are generally orthogonal to each other. Read the docks - they ruled :)
