How to setup SublimeZilla Plugin for Sublime Text?

Help me figure out how it works. I do as it is written https://github.com/ment4list/SublimeZilla but a window pops up (File sitemanager.xml not found. Is FileZilla installed?)

If under Windows, then forget about these settings and install winscp (editing and uploading files will not differ from the usual opening in Explorer).
