How to change the appearance of the ST3 side bar?

Hello! Here I installed CT3 (before that it was 2nd) And I am tormented by the question, in the manuals people have beautiful side bars on the screenshots, but I don’t :( The question is how to change it?
Here is the screen as I have now.

Preferences->Setting User->

On the way above there should be a line below, if it is not there, then enter it.
I have a theme called Soda, but you must have the name
of your theme.
"theme": "Soda Dark.sublime-theme"

After you have changed the theme, reload the editor and the sidebar will be changed to the one in the theme.
