How to set up sublime for SASS?

In general, I installed the plugins Sass build, SCSS, syntax highlighting for sass
The problem is that in SCSS, by pressing Tab, styles are not expanded along with : and ; (just adds a word and that's it)
But if you press Tab again, then : and ;
so I want to understand why for the desired effect you need to press Tab 2 times.
ps In normal css everything is fine, according to the taboo everything is as it should be right away with a colon and an exact semicolon and the cursor before the semicolon.
