How to setup rdiff-backup + cloud backup?

Now I use rdiff-backup for incremental backups, I want to send these beaps also to the cloud on mail.ru. Encryption is not critical, but desirable.
How to set up rdiff-backup + cloud ?
Upd1: Apparently, the partition is usually mounted via webdav, but apparently the soap does not have it ...

In general, I do not advise using rdiff-backup, sometimes backups are not valid from it.
Better good old tar with increment.
