How to setup OpenVPN client with UDP and LZO on Mikrotik?

After numerous praises of Mikrotik and, as a result, the purchase of this router, I was surprised to find that it does not support OpenVPN via udp and with the lzo option.
Is there some way to get around this? Maybe put some packages for this, or some secret configs in the insides of the router? There's also linix, basically ...
Google did not help right away, but this is downright surprising, given that this topic has been raised on the Mikrotik forum for many years now.

There are no ways. Doesn't support everything.
