How to set up two VMs to implement OpenVPN?

I want to set up OpenVPN server in VitualBox on CentOS , connect to the server on the second machine. I spent a week, but all the time all kinds of errors got out (TLS-handshake, etc.), most likely errors due to incorrect adapter settings. The network was configured like this: CentOS: 1 adapter - ext. network (10.8.0.1), adapter 2 - to the Internet (NAT) Windows: adapter 1 - internal network (172.16.10.1), adapter 2 - to the Internet (NAT) In the client config, I specified the address of the internal network as an IP server Tell me , what could be the problem, and how to properly configure the adapters? Don't hit too hard :)

@diaserbolov

you need to configure DHCP to receive addresses
so that the host machine and both guest machines have addresses from the same subnet and ping goes
