How to setup openVPN client in Ubuntu?

An OpenVPN server is running on the Uduntu instance. There are no problems with the OpenVPN client under Win. We throw the .ovpn configuration file into the config folder and start OpenVPNGUI. Is there a similar option for Ubuntu. C guiding and without a bunch of certificates and keys using only the .ovpn file?
