Android 10 ipsec vpn how to make it work?

I have a vps with a vpn server configured for personal use, everything works fine, but I can't use this server on my phone (android 10). I specify the login/password correct, the Shared ipsec key too. VPN type I choose L2TP / IPsec PSK (other types require a certificate, but I need a shared key). I set it up according to this instruction . There is a suspicion that some parameter on the server needs to be corrected for compatibility with the phone, but Google did not help me (((Can anyone come across a similar issue?

Make the l2tp/ipsec setup using this script https://github.com/hwdsl2/setup-ipsec-vpn
I checked that it connects with android 10.
