How to setup custom google search for advanced filtering options?

There is a site, it is planned to turn it into a large portal with several sections. I heard that Google's SPP supports additional parameters and output in xml, but in Russian (and in English too) I did not find anything worthwhile. If anyone knows where to read, or has come across this himself, advise tell me!

Ideally, you should switch to Json, (and in terms of speed, etc.), but if for yourself, you can use rss.
