How to setup Chroot and Wordpress permissions at the same time?

Hello.
Set up chroot access on the server. Since this requires the entire directory to have a root user , I had to change it from www-data . Now, accordingly, it is not possible to install any plugin or edit the code .... In short, nothing can be done in the Wordpress admin panel.
Question: How can I set permissions so that both chroot and Wordpress can be combined? Or how to make WP work as root in the same way as under www-data?

After that everything worked as it should.
