How to setup Beward B54-1-IP2 ip camera?

Good day!
There is an ip-camera Beward B54-1-IP2.
Initially, it was connected to a 3g module, and worked from a SIM card, respectively.
There was a need to abandon the solution with a SIM card and connect directly to the local provider's Ethernet cable (white IP).
Having set the provider settings in the camera interface, we connected the cable to the 3g module to the Ethernet port, but did not get access to it. Then we connected the cable directly to the camera, bypassing the 3g module. The result is the same.
P.S. When connected to a 3g module, network indicators show connection and packet exchange.

After setting the provider parameters in the camera interface, the "3g connection" checkbox was also unchecked.
