How to setup AMT ip KVM on HPE prodesk?

Colleagues, HP ProDesk 600 G3 Small Form Factor is available.
The functionality of ip kvm was expected from them, so that it would be corny to pour them remotely.
All conditions are met - q270 chipset, i5-7500 processor with vPRO support.
At the output, only Serial-On-Lan works, which, in principle, is somewhat useless.
The initialization of AMT was carried out by other people, what they did there is not particularly known to me.
The web interface on the machines opens. By mesh commander it connects to the machines, but it allows you to use only SoL, well, look at some exhaust system info. Port redirector cannot be enabled, the error "kvm redirection sap, request state change 400" crashes.
Attention to the question - is it hardware that these computers do not know how to ip kvm, or did they forget to turn it on when AMT was initialized?
There are no remote eyes / hands, there is not much opportunity to look, when you try to configure Intel ME through SoL, the machine resets the settings and becomes unavailable through management.
I need to understand whether it is worth bringing a person from that side to a paid trip or it does not make sense, because. he still can't set it up.
