How to set up Yandex.Metrika for AJAX site (web application) on ExtJS 5?

Greetings!

I have an application written in ExtJs 5.1.
I connected Yandex.Metrika and Webvisor.

Application implemented next. way.
- I open the website address site.ru. This shows the download process made using nprogress
- I'm redirected to the site.ru/#login authorization page
- After successful authorization, I get to the main page site.ru/#dashboard

So, when I look at the webvisor records, I see only the download process.

Answer from Yandex.metrics support
Good afternoon!
The metric is a web analytics tool for assessing site traffic, so installing a counter in the application is not provided.
Changes to the page of your application occur without reloading the page, so the Webvisor may not record all the data. At the moment, it is not possible to correct this situation.

You should be in Metrica support with this story.
And then back here, with the story of how it all ended.
It's very interesting.

The webvisor has only one setting - to reproduce actions on the "live" site at the time of watching the video, or to record actions along with what the user sees. But I suspect that both of these options will not work, because you do not need to make JS sites.
