How to set up xammp on mac os?

Guys, help me out!
Installed a hackintosh, I do not understand anything in it. Especially in web development.
I used to work in windows on openserver, I liked everything. Switched to mac.
Put XAMMP - but I can not configure virtual hosts to work with sites.
MAMP is said to be installed, but it is paid. And free - only localhost works, not an option (I have about 100 sites.
I also don’t understand how this whole operating system works, it’s more like Linux. Everything is done through configs and a terminal. I thought Mac would be easier and more convenient (but it turns out that only show-off ... or am I wrong?
