Mac, terminal, where can I find the log?

Hello!
If you press the up arrow in the terminal, the previous command entered will appear. Even from the last session. So the list is stored somewhere. And where? How can I see the commands that I entered?
PS: I came up with a good domain, I checked that it's not busy, but now I can't remember which one :) My head is full of holes :))

@Wan-Derer

The history of the executed commands of the current user is stored in a file
~/.bash_history
; you can view it either by looking into this file or by executing the command
history

In 10.15 onwards, it's zsh, not bash.
The zsh_history file may or may not exist.
To display the entire history, use the history 0 command
