How to set up wifi via netctl in Arch Linux?

Hello! Not so long ago I installed Arch in the hope of creating the OS of my dreams and for several days now I can’t set up netctl, you can connect to wifi by itself if you install adhoc with separate commands, raise the interface and connect, but this is somehow not human, but netctl does not want to work.
I configure Netctl according to this manual, using wifi-menu -o , I start the resulting profile using netctl start <profile> and I get this kind of message
Job for [email protected]<my profile>.service failed. See 'systemctl status [email protected]<my profile>.service' and 'journalctl -xn' for details.
journalctl -xn

my wifi connection is unprotected, open.
Tell me what is wrong and in which direction to dig to solve this problem?
Thanks in advance!

At first glance, this is confusing:
namely the word WPA, despite the fact that:
I would also like to take a look at the config generated by wifi-menu -o
