How to set up WebDAV Server on Windows 10 and successfully connect to it?

How to set up WebDAV Server on Windows 10 and successfully connect to it?
I do everything like on this site - skesov.ru/kak-sozdat-webdav-server-sredstvami-wind...
But when I try to connect, it sees the server, but the login and password do not fit. I can’t understand something, what’s the matter, if I repeated everything, as advised on the site.
Someone faced similar?
