Why freezes in games at fps below 60?
Hello everyone :)
Problem: in any game at fps below 60 (even if it is 59), it immediately starts to freeze (it's simply impossible to play). I watched a lot of tests with builds much worse than mine, everything works fine for everyone even with fps 30-40, without any lags and friezes.
Config: Motherboard - ASRock B75 Pro 3, Intel Core i5 2500, MSI GTX 1050Ti, 16 GB of RAM (all the dies are the same, tried to disconnect one by one, connected to different slots), PSU 500W, OS Windows 10 x64. Overheating options - by, the computer is always clean. OS is on SSD, reinstalled Windows - did not help.
What could be the problem? Who faced similar?

in any game with fps below 60 (even if it is 59)That is, below the refresh rate of the display. Vertical sync .
It is impossible to say for sure, most likely - a video card or drivers for it, problems with the OS.
reinstalled windows - did not helpWhat kind of Windows where did you get it from? The original distribution kit from small software, or a crooked assembly from suspicious resources?
Is the cable from the video card to the monitor shielded?
Doesn't he walk alongside any force?
Have you tried changing the cable?
It is possible that the lower the frame rate, the more pronounced the interference.
