How to set up transparent authorization 1C in AD? (Double Hop Problem)?

On the web server itself with 1c and IISS, transparent authorization goes off with a bang. 1C authorization is requested from another computer in the domain. Delegation of any Kerberos services enabled.
Tell me, please, where to look? Can IIS or 1C run from domain users?
