How to set up traffic flow in WireGuard interface?

I confess that I encountered Mikrotik for the first time. (Virt.machine RouterOS)
What's done.
Tunnel up between remote machine and Mikrotik.
Tunnel ping passes.
On Mikrotik one interface (Bridge with physical) + respectively WG tunnel.

Tell me where to read - see the instructions for wrapping all (or part) of the traffic into the tunnel.
At the moment, if you specify Mikrotik's virtual machine as the gateway, the traffic will go through the Internet gateway.
1. Mikrotik
2. Address of the router (to which the host machine is connected)
3. address of the provider
....

I believe that the problem is in Routers. But I don't understand what to do.

Make a route in IP -> Routes , specify your tunnel to the gateway
Drive what you need there, this setting is done in IP -> FW -> Mangle , we do what we need in the preroute, mark the traffic and indicate it already in the route
