How to set up the Yandex Translator add-on?

Good afternoon! It is necessary to translate texts in html format so that the tags are preserved.
I found an add-on that would fully satisfy my requirements, https://packagecontrol.io/packages/YandexTranslate

but either I can’t configure it correctly, or it really doesn’t work .. That’s why I’m actually here.

There are 2 files in the settings: default and user https://prnt.sc/11c22v9, as far as I understand - here it is similar to the settings of the sublim itself. There is no access to editing default (you can't change this code), so I'm editing user, right?

In User I add api, I select the required language for translation (in my case, Polish pl) I select the https://prnt.sc/11c27w1

What am I doing wrong? Or is there some problem with the api? Or is the plugin not working?
