How to set up the work of departments in Yandex.Connect?
We set up mail for the domain via Yandex Connect.
In fact, it will be 3 levels of mail. The first [email protected]
letter from which all employees will receive, the second where it will be отдел@yandex.ru
and letters will only be received by department employees, and the third where letters will already come to сотрудник@yandex.ru
But there is no understanding of how to properly set up the work for such moments:
1) If a letter arrives at the second level, like others to know if this letter was answered or not? Is there some way to control this?
2) At the first level, a letter was received that everyone should not have, can it be deleted or will it be necessary to manually enter each mail?
How can you control the work through this service, or do you need to start a third-party crm?
