How to set up the same accounts for all PCs on a local network?

There is a small grid of 8 pcs. There are 30 employees who work in shifts on these PCs. Due to the peculiarities of the schedule, it is not always possible for the same employee to work on the same PC. This imposes many problems, incl. and with a time tracking program that takes into account the activity of an employee on a windows account.
In this connection, the actual question is, is it possible to somehow make 30 accounts on all PCs of the network at once?
Thank you very much in advance for your answer.

You need to raise the domain.

hire an administrator, raise AD.
But this will entail a reworking of the network and the organization of work with the network. So start by looking for an admin.

Another thought came up. What about Microsoft accounts? They seem to exist without reference to a specific device. That's whether they replace a full-fledged local account. What if we create them for employees, it will take off, what do you think?

@tartarelin

you can set up 30 accounts on one computer, take an image (for example, using Acronis True Image) and deploy this image on other computers

You can't do it without cheating.
1. Option: install a server, transfer user profiles to it, create 30 accounts on 8 computers.
2. Option: put a terminal server, get 30 users there.
3. Complete perversion - expand the domain. But again, you need a separate server
