How to immediately open "all applications" through the "Start" in full screen?

Win10 if you click on the start, then the "Pinned tiles" section is displayed first, but you need "All applications", I can not find such a setting, if it is, of course.

And the standard menu does not disappear anywhere - here it is, in the screenshot, on the button "Start Menu (Windows)"
