How to set up the correct indication of the date in the child document 1C 8?

Good afternoon.
After moving to another server and transferring data to sql 2008, the indication of the date and time in tax invoices ceased to work normally.
In the invoice, when creating a tax invoice, on the basis of a payment order or the sale of goods, the date of the parent document is indicated.
That is, if I already have a payment order with the date 01/01/2018 02:03:04 and a tax invoice is made on the basis of it, then this tax invoice will also have the date/time 01/01/2018 02:03:04.
Although in the previous system it indicated the date correctly.
Where do you need to dig to make a normal date indication in these documents?
1C:Enterprise 8.3 8.3.9.2033
Configuration: Accounting for Ukraine (rev. 1.2.46.1)
Mode: Server. SQL 2008

@fosihas

Look in the code from where the date is taken and substituted. I think it is worth explicitly specifying its filling there.
