How to set up the BIOS in a laptop?

Good afternoon.
Laptop Lenovo B570e
BOOS Version 44CN43WW
In the BIOS, all settings tabs work, except for Configuration, when you try to go there, it exits and just loads the PC further, sometimes the OS loads sometimes it just hangs.
Bius reset, changed the battery, cleaned the PC, bought a new hard drive, installed Windows, and all the same. I even tried to flash, downloaded something from the sites and it's all the same.
When loading Windows, the time is always lost 100,500 years ahead. But in the BIOS, the boot selection settings are saved, for example, the first screw is the second.
I don't understand what to do...

changed the battery

small inside or battery? Did you measure the voltage on the old one and the new one?
So have you tried or upgraded to a newer version?
And what about the time in the BIOS?
The laptop is old, the battery is old, the battery is old.
The flash drive with the BIOS seems to have died - it needs to be reflashed.
Replace the battery with a guaranteed serviceable one - and HAPPINESS should come!
