How to set up SSH public key authentication with windows 8.1 on debian 10?

Windows has git bash installed. I have generated the key ssh-keygen. Copied to the target machine ssh-copy-id [email protected]. Checked that the key ~/.ssh/id_rsa.pubwas added to /home/myname/.ssh/authorized_keys. I reinstalled the rights to the folder and file according to the instructions (although I nailed the .ssh folder for the purity of the experiment). Restarted ssh services ( systemctl restart ssh, systemctl restart sshd).
Doesn't let me in on the key and that's it. Requires a password. Tell me, please, in which direction to dig.

$ ssh -v [email protected]
