How to set up search in Simpla cms?

Hello, I've encountered the simpla system for the first time. I can't figure out how to set up a search for products on the site. Pasted form code

You have to look, there can be many reasons (what was deleted, what's wrong)
Is the site deployed out of the box? or already existing?
what version (old ones have bugs)?
