How to set up pppoe + vpn on windows 10?

OS - windows 10
Router - tp-link tl-wr841n
VPN - vpn99.net
Until today it was like this:
- there is a wi-fi adapter on the PC
- the Internet wire comes to the router
- the PPTP connection via vpn99 is configured on the router
Today the master has come, they switch to pppoe. Set up. Only now vpn does not work, since it was configured where pppoe is now configured.
Can I somehow twist together pppoe and vpn99 directly on the router?

Most likely everything will rise without problems through telnet, but before the first reboot. It is necessary either to flash the router with third-party firmware, or to fence custom (if openVRT, for example, does not get up on this router, pay attention to h / v). In the second case, it’s easier to buy a more suitable router (it’s really easier to pick up thousands for 2 than to learn to code, learn to compile and learn how to upload firmware, although this is all not useless in life)
Yes, and also, as an option, raise vpn on Windows itself. If there is only one computer, then the difference will not be noticeable if vpn rises along with the system.
