I connected to the cloud server, uploaded a video to it, installed obs studio, made all the settings, started broadcasting on youtube, and he writes to me that the video stream is coming very slowly, the video will go with buffering.
I tried everything, changed obs settings, changed server regions, checked the speed, at the moment: download 500mbs? download 1230mbs, CPU usage 56-75%, CPU 4 cores 8 threads, RAM 16gb, ssd 250gb
Can someone tell me what else is the problem

use ffmpeg it is GUI free and can stream to any rtmp. I can tell you where to find the settings for it

Not enough data to answer. What are the output settings in OBS? What resolution, fps, bitrate, etc.? What processor and video card are they?
