How to set up multiple VPNs (or proxies) on 1 PC?

Hello. There is a wan from the provider, dynamic ip and PC. I need to run several (2+) sessions of one program on it, so that each session has its own ip, i.e. so that the remote server does not recognize them as one machine. Buy 5 VPNs or do you need to make your own proxy on VPS?

...My powers are conditionally unlimited...

Option number one.
I would go with the following plan:
1. Each copy of the toy has its own virtual machine.
2. Server with (conditionally) five IPs.
3. Each IP has its own VPN server
4. Each virtual machine has its own connection with its server. (So you are guaranteed to get isolated copies of the program, each of which is on its own IP)
But you can’t do without a VPN or a proxy.
Option number two.
1. The first point is the same.
2. We buy white IPs from our provider (unless, of course, he sells a few, I don’t know, I haven’t tried it)
3. We connect the computer via a switch to the provider, we configure virtual machines to receive each of our IPs. (not as scary as it sounds ;-), I can help if there are difficulties)
4. Each virtual machine has its own connection with its IP to the Internet. (So you are guaranteed to get isolated copies of the program, each of which is on its own IP)
You can do without VPN and proxy
PS: ask your provider for the price tag for a white IP. Hardly more than a hundred rubles apiece.

1) virtual machines with vpn
2) specify a proxy for each copy of the program
3) clouds with win server
it is not known what data is sent / determined by the program, maybe it looks at all network interfaces
