1) for the first network, the addresses must be issued by an external DHCP server
2) for the guest network, you need Mikrotik to issue addresses from the range for example 192.168.100.0/24,

And why an external dhcp server, just make a subnet. If you need a one-time network, then I have three routers that divide it like this:
1st 192.168.100.1 dhcp server on it from 2-99
2nd 192.168.100.100 dhcp server on it from 101-199
3rd 192.168.100.200 server dhcp on it from 201-250
Nobody bothers anyone + everyone has a guest Wi-Fi network
