How to set up mailing from Bitrix24 cloud?

Good afternoon!

Please tell me, there is a site on simplecloud, mail on the domain of Yandex and Bitrix24 Cloud. Specified SPF, DKIM and DMARCМ on the host side. On the side of the site (on the server), one mailer was sent, not on the domain, but yandex.ru.

SMTP test (mail.domen.ru) gives an error: Connection from servers not established (A-record not found at the host or connection could not be established).
Most of the messages sent are returned with the header: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender.

How can I set up the possibility of sending from Bitrix24 from different mailers on the domain?
