As I understand it, you need to specify a custom field object. What type CRM_LEAD - (maybe CRM_LEAD_IMPORT). How exactly is this object called, if it is not there, then how to add your own field to the import form?

For this field to appear during import, it must exist on the lead.
To do this, you need to create a custom field for the lead. And you can do this in two ways:
1) Through the CRM public settings: Settings -> Report form settings -> Custom fields -> Lead: Add field
2) Through the administrative panel: Settings -> Site settings -> Custom fields -> Add.
In this case, you must first select the field type, and then the object, which in the case of a lead will be (as you correctly indicated) - CRM_LEAD (as far as I remember, in the ideal case it should not be multiple)
