How to set up mail in Mamp Pro?

Good evening, if anyone set up mail on MAMP PRO (Postfix) tried to set it up on Yandex (smtp.yandex.ru) but there is no effect, the mail does not work. I read a bunch of different information on the Internet and have already tried almost everything, but nothing comes out. Maybe someone has working settings, steps on how to do everything.
