How to set up (Kinetic 4G II equipment, PPPoE authorization) several static ip issued by the provider?

Hello!
ZyXel Kinetic 4G II hardware available.
The provider provides the Internet by cord; PPPoE authorization - there are no problems with this, it is easy to configure. At the output we get one static white IP.
Also, the provider has allocated a network with several white ips (for example, ip: 99.200.2.78 mask 255.255.255.252 gw: 99.200.2.77).
How to configure / understand these parameters given by the provider on the Kinetic 4G II equipment?
