How to set up invoice output in PDF in Bitrix?

Hello! made a simple catalog with the ability to download an invoice for payment after placing an order. Created a payment system (bill), but after filling in the required fields and pressing the button to place an order, the system redirects to a non-existent page - katalog/ payment.php ?ORDER_ID=3&pdf=1&DOWNLOAD=Y. There is no such file in this section. I moved it from sale.order.ajax because I used it to customize the layout, but the payment.php file contains the following:
