How to set up https on aws balancer?

I'm trying to set up a balancer on aws in the elastic beanstalk service. You need to specify an ssl certificate there, I don’t understand how to do it or how to configure the https protocol without a certificate. Maybe someone did it. Tell me please.

The certificate can be issued on the amazon ACM service for your domain linked to the balancer addresses.
