Is Image paid on Amazon aws?

In general, Amazon gives free use of its services for 12 months. I want to know if I create a free win server on a free machine, configure it for myself, and create an Image disk image, will it be paid? If I then create cars on this image?

1. AWS does not give free 12 months - it gives 750 EC2 hours/month for the first 12 months of the account
   
2. AWS pays for storing images (they are actually stored on S3, but this is not written anywhere)
   
3. You pay for all running EC2 in addition to what I specified in P1. fuck the system will not work, do not hope
