What are the rates for S3 amazon outbound traffic?

Hello. I looked through all the prices s3 did not see where the price for downloading from the storage is specifically indicated.
For example, if you plan to use it for file hosting.
On a hatzner, 100 TB per month costs (outgoing traffic, uploading a file) 20-25 euros.
On s3, as far as I understand, 8500+ dollars or 250+ dollars for the same amount of outgoing traffic.
I understand that I may be blind or didn’t understand anything at all, but please explain, I will be grateful.
