How to set up hosting?

Domain name market

There is a domain name registered in country X. According to the rules, the server equipment on which the site is located must be located on the territory of the country that owns the domain zone (X). Since the site is written in asp.net mvc and we don’t have a normal inexpensive hosting, but there was a subscription to Windows Azure, I hosted the site on Azure.
If you buy Unix hosting in country X and set up a domain on this hosting, can you make it so that when you access the site, it gives data from the Azure hosting and everything works as before? There was an idea to add an iframe on the page, but then its address will not change when clicking on the links in the frame.

Another question is, will proxying work on a regular (cheapest) hosting? If so, where can I find the settings file in Plesk?
