I finally received an email with Pin from Google.
The last step is to specify the payment method. Selected "Bank Transfer to Account". Then he made cards in a bank (PrivatBank).
The certificate contains two SWIFT codes: 1. BANK OF BENEFICIARY (BENEFICIARY BANK); 2. INTERMEDIARY BANK (CORRESPONDING BANK).
